Dreams for emotional and mental wellbeing

About this workshop

**Did you know: The idea of Google came to Founder Larry Page in a dream?** Dreams have long been a source of inspiration, creativity, and insight. But beyond their mystery and wonder, especially recurring or intense dreams are powerful messages to guide us. When understood, they can serve as tools for healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth. However, when nightmares and troubling dreams are ignored or dismissed, they can take a toll on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Unprocessed dream content can manifest as: Chronic sleep disturbances Heightened anxiety or emotional reactivity Difficulty focusing or decreased productivity at work Strain in personal relationships due to unexplained emotional shifts In fact, sleep studies and psychological research continue to show that dreams play a vital role in mental integration, stress processing, and emotional clarity. Therapists, psychologists, and even trauma specialists use dreamwork to guide recovery, deepen self-awareness, and restore balance. Dreams are not random. They are invitations to awaken parts of you that need healing, attention, or direction. When you begin to decode them, you don’t just sleep better, you live better. Join me on an interactive journey to understand dream intelligence for your emotional and mental wellbeing.
